How do I care for my glassware?

We only recommend our glassware to be hand washed as they are not dishwasher safe. For more information click here

 

How are your glasses personalised?

Our designs are created to order and cut to precision with a vinyl cutter, using only the best quality adhesive vinyl.

 

What if I would like to request a special order that is not available on your website?

If you would like a large quantity please get in touch with us by clicking here. Large orders may qualify for a discount.

Custom pieces not available on our site may also be requested depending on supply and whether we can source your item for you.

 

Where do you deliver to?

We currently only deliver within New Zealand and Australia.

  

Something isn't quite right with my order, what can I do?

Contact us immediately at chgrossart@gmail.com and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.

  

Can I request sold out products?

You sure can! We will try our very best to fulfil your requests although there are no guarantees - just email us on chgrossart@gmail.com or visit the contact us page here.

 

Will you be releasing any more products?

Yes we will! Check back frequently or follow us on Facebook or Instagram to find out when each new release will be launched!


How can I pay for my order if I don't have a credit card?

No fret! We also offer payment via bank deposit (within New Zealand only). Instructions will be available once you have confirmed your order.
